Lebensraum is a transdisciplinary project that links international relations, historical consciousness, and the phenomenology of space. It presents an immersive experience of the peace-war binary through the creation of a “Vital Space of Memory” divided into three stations: a large-format painting, a trilingual poetry book, and a Virtual Reality installation.
On August 28, 2026, Cris graduates by presenting her thesis and showcasing the final project of the CAS Art & Peace program [Certificate of Advanced Studies]—offered by the Basel Academy of Art and Design, Atelier Mondial, and Swisspeace—during the Kunsttage Basel event in Basel, Switzerland, this weekend.
LEBENSRAUM / VITAL SPACE / ESPACIO VITAL kartografiert eine zeitlose historische Linie, in der die Schlachten der Vergangenheit, die brennenden Konflikte von heute und die digitalen Bedrohungen von morgen gleichzeitig mit der Suche nach Frieden koexistieren.
